Tour Cost

$10,050 per person for a minimum of 83 players (the cost includes 5 SYO staff and 2 Hayllar Music Tour Managers)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Payment already made: $8,895 per person
Payment 1: $300 per person (Due by 29 May 2026)
Payment 2: $285 per person (Due by 1 July 2026)
Payment 3: $285 per person (Due by 4 August 2026)
Payment 4: $285 per person (Due by 4 September 2026)

Please note: all tour payments are non-refundable

Group travel insurance

New policies will need to be organised for the December period. Hayllar will provide an updated group quotation to SYO.

Payment 1: $300 plus $5.25 credit card surcharge. Total $305.25 per person.
Payments 2, 3 and 4: $285 plus $4.99 credit card surcharge. Total $289.99 per person.
