GROUP TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY

For Sydney Youth Orchestra's 2026 European tour, each participant is required to have a comprehensive travel insurance policy.

You can arrange your own policy or join the Group Travel Insurance policy being set up with CoverMore by Hayllar Music Tours.

Please note: If you are planning onward travel following the tour (i.e. a deviation, or your own flights), you can request an individual quote with Hayllar Music Tours by contacting them directly, or purchasing insurance independently for your onward travel dates only to tag on following this policy.

Health Assessment Form

Any existing medical conditions not automatically covered in the Travel & Health section will require a health assessment form to be completed for these conditions to be covered in the policy. 

If your pre-exisiting medical condition is not on the list, please complete the medical assessment form with the below Trip Details for your allocated group:

Group 1:

Start Date: 2/12/2026
End Date: 14/12/2026
Annual Multi-Trip Only: Leave unchecked 
Destinations: Austria, Czech Republic, Germany

Group 2:

Start Date: 3/12/2026
End Date: 15/12/2026
Annual Multi-Trip Only: Leave unchecked 
Destinations: Austria, Czech Republic, Germany

Once this is completed, you should receive a confirmation if the condition can be covered and an assessment number. Please send the medical assessment number directly to education@hayllarmusictours.com.

Depending on the condition, you may be required to pay an additional cost for your pre-exisiting medical condition to be covered. This will be confirmed by Hayllar Music Tours once the assessment number is received.

If you would like to be included on Hayllar Music Tours’ Group Travel Insurance policy, please:

1. Confirm via email to the Sydney Youth Orchestra and copy in education@hayllarmusictours.com.au.

2. Arrange payment in one of the following ways by 5pm on Thursday 23 July.
