Tour Cost

$10,450 per person for a minimum of 20 students
(the cost includes 1 Conservatorium High School staff/Parent Chaperone and 1 Hayllar Music Tour Manager)

$9,250 per person for a minimum of 30 students
(the cost includes 1 Conservatorium High School staff/Parent Chaperone and 1 Hayllar Music Tour Manager)

$8,750 per person for a minimum of 40 students
(the cost includes 1 Conservatorium High School staff/Parent Chaperone and 1 Hayllar Music Tours Manager)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Deposit - Payment 1: $1,500 (Due by Friday 20 September 2024)

Payment 2: $4,500 (Due by Friday 21 February 2025)

Payment 3: Final amount (Due by Friday 25 July 2025)

Please note: tour payments are used to pay for tour costs and as such, all payments are non-refundable. If we do not reach the minimum number for the tour to go ahead, the initial deposit of $1,500 will be fully refunded.
